M:Other

Working in a group and individually on a conception of something new, on discovery of soul's mission, on falling apart, on growing the hidden parts of your Self, on shapeshifting, metaphorically giving birth to new life, and integrating it into the life-death-rebirth cycle, this journey requires a surrender to the mystery that you already carry inside.

M:Other follows lunar and solar cycles over 12 months and enables you to work individually on your new purpose as well as in an intimate group of others to benefit from different perspectives, reflections, and mirrors. It is held online and in person and apart from the archetype of Mother it explores other archetypes of mature feminine.

M:Other is structured through 4 lenses: Soma, Soul, Myth, and Death. Each monthly cycle we go over the four lenses and each season brings us together for 3 days to deepen our works, our connection, and our cooperation. Through 9 months we dismember, conceive, grow, and give birth to a new version of our Self. This passage to the new stage of life uses: storytelling, rituals, self-reflections, meditations, reading and writing, and practices to connect to your body and to nature, as tools to discover yourself better. You find your shortcomings, fears, and shadows. You alchemize your life story and pass wounds into your core strengths and gifts. And when they develop enough to be brought into light, you can offer them to your community and to the world.

One lunar cycle:

  • Week 1 - Death lens: Individual Study + Exercises & 1 Group call

  • Week 2 - Soul lens: Homework & 1 Individual call

  • Week 3 - Myth lens: Individual Study + Exercises & 1 Group call

  • Week 4 - Soma lens: Individual Study + Exercises & 1 Group call

This is a diagram of the M:Other journey. The conception and birth, as well as other rituals held on equinoxes and solstices, are symbolic and co-created.

The four lenses, repeated each Moon cycle, are designed to question and dismember our ideas about how things ‘should' be and open space for spontaneity, intuition and creativity, in order to bring something new and utterly ‘our’ into the world.

The course practices and study part of the journey are held on Mighty Networks, a platform for learning and sharing. The calls are held online and the calendar will be shared with you upon request. We meet in person every 3 months. This transition requires dedication, time, and also a lot of space for slow pace and unknown and unforeseen processes.
